Buyers from EU countries


For commercial customers from foreign EU countries with VAT ID:

The German VAT will be reduced automatically from your order.
When you create an account, you will see all prices without VAT.
For guest orders only the final sum is shown excluding VAT (after entering your address).
You must be given your valid VAT identification number. The test is performed automatically.

Occasionally VAT identification numbers will be referred as wrong, although they are correct.
In this case, proceed as follows:
First create an account, including VAT identification number.
Send us a e-mail. A brief note in the subject is enough.
We examine the number and switch you as soon as possible for the VAT-free purchase. You will be informed by e-mail.
